PlayStation All-Stars Island brings Uncharted, LIttleBigPlanet, and inFAMOUS to iOS and Android

Uncharted Nathan Drake's PursuitSony’s iconic franchises — Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet Karting, inFAMOUS, and Gravity Rush are finally coming to mobile devices — and I don’t mean the PlayStation Vita. As welcomed as these games would be on Sony’s somewhat struggling handheld, the company has different plans, opting to partner with Coca-Cola Zero on a new mobile game for iOS and Android devices.

PlayStation All-Stars Island is a collection of small mini-games that take inspiration from the themes of the above-mentioned PlayStation IPs. The fictional, fantasy island is divided into 4 zones, with each zone representing one franchise (Uncharted, LBP Karting, inFAMOUS, and Gravity Rush) and containing a mini-game that borrows concepts from successful mobile gameplay: endless while allowing the player to keep going until they fail.

In each game, regardless of franchise, you are  tasked with collecting Coke Zero orbs that are used to unlock special Coke Zero ‘MAKE IT POSSIBLE’ moves. There is one experience bar per mini game, per character and the player must fill all of the board to have all of the special moves. Additionally,  “exclusive downloads” for the game and boosters will be available through QR codes on specially marked Coca-Cola Zero bottles.

The four main characters are Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet Karting), Nathan Drake (Uncharted), Cole MacGrath (InFAMOUS Train Ride) and Kat (Gravity Rush); however, it appears at launch only Nathan Drake and his Uncharted-themed zone will be available at launch. In addition to the above, four bonus characters (Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank) will also appear in the Coke Zero Moves.

The official game announcement said PlayStation All-Stars Island would be coming this summer, but it appears the game is already available in Europe on iOS and Android devices. Download the game for free below.
