When playing One Piece: Unlimited World Red’s Battle Coliseum mode, there are certain conditions you can meet to unlock new characters to use in this mode. Some characters have multiple conditions to fill. Conditions involving winning matches with certain characters can be done with or without a teammate. There are a total of 18 characters to unlock in One Piece: Unlimited World Red‘s Battle Coliseum. Below are the conditions in which to do so.

| Nami | Win two Duel matches |
| Robin | Win any two matches with Nami |
| Sanji | Get promoted to B League |
| Usopp | Reach Rank 1 in C League |
| Zoro | Get promoted to B League |
